Who We Are

Hi, I’m Nathan — the “we” behind Old Pine Studios.
(Yeah, I know. “We”? It’s just me. But it sounds way more professional on business cards.)

Old Pine Studios is my little creative business based near Manchester, England — where crocs, cameras, and chaos come together to make something beautiful. I capture stories through photography and film that help businesses stand out and people remember the moments that matter most.

Whether it’s a brand that needs to show off its personality or a couple who want their day remembered exactly as it felt, I put everything into creating content that’s authentic, emotional, and a little bit cinematic.

I started Old Pine Studios with one simple idea: make art that feels real. The kind of photos and videos that don’t just look good — they make you feel something.

I’ve been lucky enough to shoot across the UK and beyond, chasing good light and even better stories. Every project gets the same mix of creativity, care, and probably too many bad jokes.

So if you’re looking for someone who’ll treat your project like it actually matters — and maybe trip over a tripod in the process — you’ve found your person.

    Business Nathan

Hi there, I’m Nathan — founder, organiser, and the guy who sends polite reminder emails.

I run the business side of things so you don’t have to worry about invoices, contracts, or deadlines.

My goal? Make your photo or video project smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable.

Whether it’s a wedding, lifestyle, or even a commercial shoot, I make sure everything stays on track — so Camera Nathan can do his thing without losing the lens cap (again).

    Camera Nathan

Alright Folks! I’m the one behind the camera — chasing light, framing stories, and doing that dramatic crouch thing photographers do for no reason.

I live for those moments that feel real — the quick laughs, quiet glances, messy hair, and happy tears.
My camera’s basically an extension of my arm (and yes, my equipment closet is slightly concerning).

If you’ve got a story to tell, I’m the guy who wants to make it look amazing — one click, one frame, one “wait, just one more shot!” at a time. (PS: I usually wear crocs)

    Weird Nathan

    Oh, you’ve found me.

I’m the Nathan who names camera gear, drinks too much White Monster, and somehow ends up lying on the floor mid-shoot “for the perfect angle.”

I believe creativity needs a little chaos — a spark of weirdness that keeps things fun and genuine.

If you see me talking to a tripod, don’t worry. It’s all part of the process.
